Return Form (print and attach to your return package)
While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, you’ll need to follow the instructions set out below.
Any unsuitable items can be returned to us using your own choice of courier and sent to the below address (within 14 days) with the return form inside the return package.

Fill in the items you want to return and please give us you reason why you want to return. When you would like to exchange your item(s), fill in what you want to exchange (Type /size / color). We cannot guarantee the items you want in return are in stock. If not, we will process it as a return and fully return the payment of your order.

Once your return has processed in our warehouse, we will fully return the payment of your order (within 7 days). The shipping costs you've made for the return, will not be refunded by SQOUPE.
Please remember to use an insured courier who offer tracking and keep a copy of your proof of postage. This will help in the rare instance of parcels being lost in transit by the courier. Returns are on your own risk and costs. A refund/exchange will only be provided upon receipt of the returned goods received in the same condition as they were sent.
In the event of returning your purchase for a refund, the delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable unless we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.
